For programs and services offered outside of Georgia, including but not limited to programs for single individuals or LGBT+ clients, such services are provided in accordance with the laws and regulations of the respective jurisdiction in which the program is offered. The availability and eligibility criteria for such programs are subject to the legal requirements of the country where the service is provided and may differ from those in Georgia. The Company expressly states that it does not offer or promote surrogacy services for single individuals or LGBT+ clients within the territory of Georgia.
